How It All Works
To book your child(ren)'s place at Holiday Club, we require one registration form per child. This form will become live in June, the specific date that booking opens will be made known via our mailing list and Facebook page. As the demand for places is so high, booking is on a first-come-first-serve basis and we are usually fully booked within a couple of hours.

Once filling in a registration form, you will receive an email to let you know that we have your form. You will then receive another email in due course if your child(ren) has been given a place at Holiday Club. Please remember to continuously check your spam/junk folder for these emails.
Waiting List
As places at Holiday Club fill up very quickly, we have a waiting list that is also filled on a first-come-first-serve basis. We will let you know if your child(ren) is placed on our waiting list as soon as we have processed their application. Should a place be made available, we will contact you immediately.

Some age groups fill up quicker than others and our capacity fills up on an age group basis. If you have multiple children on our waiting list, one might be offered a place in an age group that is still open.
Privacy Notice
Please read this carefully and fill in the form below, to enable us to accept your child at this year’s BCT Holiday Club.
We are collecting this information to enable us to run the Holiday Club safely and ensure we can contact you (or other nominated adult) in case of an emergency. Data Protection legislation allows us to process the information as we regard it as being in the Holiday Club’s legitimate interest. If you are unable to supply the information requested then we will be unable to accept your child at our Holiday Club.
The information that you supply will be held in paper and electronic form and kept securely. Only the Holiday Club administration volunteers will have access to this information.
Your personal details will be destroyed/deleted once Holiday Club had finished unless you have ticked the box asking us to keep you informed about future activities we think your child might be interested in attending. If this is the case we will retain your details for the sole purpose of notifying you of such events. We will NOT pass on this information to anyone else. You have the right to ask to be removed from this circulation list at any time.
